Meet Holly
Hi, I'm Holly Daniels, the baker behind The Bakery Den. I started the Den in 2017 as a bit of a dream, baking from my kitchen in Burgess Hill and posting treats straight to people's doors.
I bake without wheat so that more of the people round the table can enjoy a slice, without anyone missing out on flavour. Since then we've grown into wedding and celebration cakes and won Bronze Baker of the Year at the Cake Professionals Awards, and it's all thanks to our wonderful customers.

Holly made our wedding cake for our wedding on 2nd August and surpassed all our expectations. The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious!! We went for chocolate, salted caramel and raspberry and white chocolate as well as chocolate cupcakes and it all tasted amazing (of course I had to try each one!).
